“Seeing” is a podcast!
Earlier this week, my Clarkesworld story “Seeing” was turned into a podcast, thanks to Kate Baker and what I can only assume are a hardworking cadre of slightly grumpy talking animals – I’m guessing badgers, but would accept chipmunks – who wear rumpled newsroom suits and bustle a lot. “Bread and Circuses”
In what is turning out to be a busy week, my story “Bread and Circuses” is out this week in Beneath Ceaseless Skies! “Bread and Circuses,” as the title may imply, is a short story set in the world of my novel Mechanique (the Tresaultiverse?), featuring city-states, loyalty, baking, inappropriate staring, and an appearance by the Circus.…

The Living Dead: “And the Next, and the Next”
The website for The Living Dead 2 is live! There are a ton of goodies on the site, including early reviews and a series of author interviews. I have a story in this one, and it’s one of eight stories available on the site as a preview. “And the Next, and the Next” takes place on Coney Island, home of the Warriors and the Wonder Wheel, and a place about which it’s almost impossible not to have feelings of some kind.…
